Services are 3 p.m. Sunday July 17, 1994 at Park Baptist Church, with the Rev. Martin Barker officiating. Burial will be in ParkLawn Memorial Gardens, Brookfield, Mo. Visitation is 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 1994 at Rhodes Funeral Home, Brookfield, Mo. Memorial may be left at the funeral home.

Singer will be Bill Thudium, organist, Bob Claiborne, "I Know Who Holds Tomorrow," "Good Evening Down Here, Good Morning Up There."

Pallbearers will be John Lindsey, Brian Kelley, Edward Womack, Justin Gillespie, Bailey Morton, Troy Bennet, David Liebhart and Danny Morris.

Frank, son of Tommie "Dean" and Hannah "Sue (Teter) English, was born July 26, 1974 in Macon, Mo.

Surviving are his parents; his grandmother, Gladys Teter, Brookfield, Mo.; his girlfriend Mandy Hall, Marceline, Mo.; two half-brothers and a sister-in-law, Jimmie and Diane English, Palmyra, Mo., and Mike English, Williamstown, Mo.; two nephews, Jeff and Matt English, Palmyra, Mo. and several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Myrtle and Jimmie English and William "Lee" Teter.

He was a member of Park Baptist Church, MTA and ATA Trap Shooting Association.
