Lincoln, Margaret Mary, 86, of Louisville passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at her daughter's home. She was the daughter of William Karl and Catherine Schmidt Seibert. She was a graduate of Ursuline Academy and Spencerian College. She also attended Ursuline College.
Her greatest joy in life was being a homemaker and caring for her husband and seven children. Margaret was also actively involved in St. Barnabas Church and school, the Cursillo Movement, The Catholic Family Movement and P-FLAG.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Sister M. Angelice Seibert, O.S.U. Survivors include her husband, Deacon J. Bruce Lincoln, with whom she recently celebrated 67 years of marriage; seven children, Jim (Jeannie), Kathy (Ray Grant), William, Stephen A. (Vonda), Rev. Daniel Lincoln of Vine Grove, Angela (Tim Darst) and Debbie Koch (Jeff). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
The funeral mass will be held at St. Barnabas Church, with burial in St. Michael Cemetery.Memorial gifts may be made to the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville or P-Flag Louisville.
