He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, World War II, enlisted as a Private, enlistment State Fort Devens, Middlesex, Massachusetts on 24 Mar 1944. He was also a Lieutenant in U.S. Navy, enlisted from 1943 to 1946 in Williamsburg, Virginia.
In April 1959, Rev Frank traveled from New York to Southampton, England aboard Ship Queen Mary, Cunard Steamship Company, Ltd. He stayed at 29 Duke Street London hotel for seven days.
Rev Frank lived in Swarthmore, Delaware, Pennsylvania from 1978 until he died on January 10, 1996. His wife, Alma Janessa, died in 1985. Reve Frank is buried at Chestnut Level Presbyterian Church, quarryville, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
