Rita was one of nine children, all daughters, born to Patrick Francis Larkin and Rose Ann (Mallon) Larkin. She was married to James L. Corby, Sr. Rita was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son Robert E. Corby, and two sisters, Margaret Larkin Moffat and Mary Larkin McCartan. She is survived by six sisters.
