Edna M. Wilson, youngest daughter of James and Mamie Robbins Wilson, was born Jan. 18, 1903 on a farm east of Blue Rapids, KS. She attended Pleasant Valley and Irving Grade Schools and graduated from Blue Rapids High School, Blue Rapids, KS in 1922.
On June 6, 1925 she was married to Edwin A. Fincham. They were parents of three sons, Wayne, Keith, & Wallace and one daughter, Dorothy Carnes.
Her entire life time was spent in the Pleasant Valley neighborhood. She was a member of the Winifred Baptist Church, Winifred, KS and attended services regularly as long as she was able.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1965, her parents and two grandsons.
Survivors include her son, Wayne Fincham,, Marysville, KS, Keith Fincham, Oketo, KS and Wallace Fincham of the home; and her daughter, Mrs. Delmer (Dorothy) Carnes, Topeka, KS; 10 grandchildren, her brother George Wilson, Frankfort, KS and her sister Mrs. Bessie Monteith, Marysville, KS
Services were held at the Winifred Baptist Church with Rev. Loren Mohler officiating. Burial was in Fairmont Cemetery, Blue Rapids, KS
