Age 76 and a resident of Holden, Ernest passed away at his residence on Wednesday, November 5, 2008. He was a member of the Albany Masonic Lodge #466 and also served as an Assistant Scout Master with the Boy Scouts of America from 1965-1969. Ernest retired with 38 years of service with Noble Drilling Company.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Lonnie V. Gann; two daughters and son-in-law, Myra Cashio, Patricia Miller and husband George; two sons and daughter-in-law, Edwin Gann, Percy Gann and wife Penny along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His sister Cheryl Moore and husband Ray also survive him.
His parents, Percy and Thelma Gann; a grandson, Dustin Gann; brother, Houston Gann and step-father, Edgar Allen preceded him in death.
