The body of 8 year old Wilbert LeRoy Mull, son of Mr. & Mrs LeRoy A. Mull, 936 Carrie Street, who drowned Sunday, May 12, when he slipped into the water at Front and Paxtang street, was recovered.

The boy's body was found about 11 o'clock 300 yards west of Write Lane along the riverbank at Highspire.

Wilbert a fifth grade student at the Open-Air School was playing along the river with his sister Jean (7). Leaping to a coal flat, Wilbert slipped and fell into the water.

Funeral expenses will be defrayed by the Harrisburg Firemen. who kept up an untiring hunt for the boy. They did not give up their search until after the discovery of his body yesterday.

Funeral service will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock from J. Thomas Richardson Funeral Parlors, 126 North Front Street, Steelton. The Rev. Robert L. Meisenhelder will officiate. Burial will be in Harrisburg East Cemetery.
