Edward T. Agle, aged 68 years, died Tuesday afternoon Nov. 7 at 4:30 o'clock at the home of his daughter Mrs. Irvin C. Snoke, 523 Seneca street, Harrisburg.
He had been a resident of Shippensburg until 5 years ago, when with his family he moved to Harrisburg. While in Shippensburg he was a plasterer by trade and was in partnership with his brother Abner Agle of Shippensburg. He was a member of the Shippensburg Church of God, having joined that church about 36 years ago. On Oct. 18, 1877, he was married to Annie C. Graham, who preceded him in death not quite one year ago.
He is survived by the following children: Mrs. Regina Seitz and Mrs. Mary Snoke of Harrisburg, and Mrs. Cora McCaleb of Enola and one brother, Abner Agle of Shippensburg.
The funeral services were held from his home on Friday afternoon, Nov. 10, at 1:30 o'clock, the Rev. T. M. Funk of the First Church of God, officiating. Burial was made in the East Harrisburg cemetery.
