Mrs Orrie (Emma) Aley died Wednesday, Oct. 24, in Americana Nursing home, Mason City. Her death was attributed to injuries suffered in car accident earlier this fall.
A doughier of the late Elling and Ingeborg Swensrud, she was born Nov 22, 1887 at Northwood, where she attended schools. She was a graduate of Nora Springs Seminary and for several years she was employed as a saleslady for Electrolux Company.
Mr and Mrs. Aley were married June 17, 1930. He preceded her in death in 1934. Her parents, six brothers and six sisters had preceded her in death. Survivors include nieces and nephews.
