Hiram M. Lee, 68, of 627 Laura, retired operation of the Ricochet Cafe, died Friday.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Resthaven Gardens of Memory Chapel. Burial will be in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
He was born in Douglas County, Mo., and came to Wichita in 1951.
Survivors include his widow, Minnie; one son, Herman E., Topeka; three daughters, Mrs. Gertrude George, Mrs. Reba Branstetter and Mrs. Betty Pruett, Wichita, and two sisters, Mrs. Nancy Griffin, Kansas City, and Mrs. Ida Groons, Sterling, Ill.
