Mrs. Anne E Edlin, 57, of 5475 Wooldride Rd, Easton township, died Friday at St Mary's hospital in Grand Rapids. Private funeral services were conducted under the direction of the Myers-Roetman funeral home.
She was born July 9, 1917, in Ionia county the daughter of Berthold and Mable Noddins Chickering. November 4, 1939, she was married to Dale Edlin. A resident of Easton township most of her life, she was a school teacher in the Ionia county rural schools. She was employed at Universal Metal Products of Saranac about 11 years.
Surviving are the husband, Dale, son James Edlin of Easton township and daughter, Diane Edlin of Easton township; four grandchildren. A memorial has been established for the American Cancer Society and contributions may be left at the funeral home.
