Birth: Mar. 12, 1896
Sicilia, Italy
Death: Feb. 1, 1928
Chicago
Cook County
Illinois, USA

My great-grandfather. Killed by Capone's gang. Drove trucks during prohibition and wanted out. He knew the routes from Canada and was killed for it. He was gun downed and left on my great-grandma's doorstep.
They had six children together with one child killed at a very young age after being hit by a truck. Grandma Mary went on to marry his brother, Louis and had three more children. The last name, Diluca was then changed to DeLuca.
He immigrated with his father at the age of 17. Immigration info located on his father's page, which is linked here.
Note: He is buried with his best friend, Giuseppe Agnello. I don't know anything about him.
