According to the Omaha death register she was 40 years old, single, residence St. Joseph hospital, died of consumption on January 7 [sic], 1891 and was buried January 10 [sic] in Holy Sepulchre cemetery.

Sister Mary Vincentia's Useful Life Closes After Long Service.
The many friends of Sister Mary Vincentia have been called upon to mourn her death. She died Monday evening at St. Joseph's hospital, at the age of 43 years.
The funeral will take place at 9 a. m. today from the hospital to the Holy Sepulchre. Six sisters will act as pall bearers. Solemn high mass will be celebrated.
Sister Mary was the first to come to this city when the hospital was opened and has always been true to her trust. Hundreds live to bless her, and many tears of sincere regret will be dropped over her grave. Her acts of kindness to poor, suffering humanity will live long after she has mouldered to dust.

SISTER MARY VINCENTIA
Sister Mary Vincentia was interred in Holy Sepulchre cemetery yesterday morning at 9 o’clock. Rev. Father Choka, vicar general, officiated, assisted by Rev. Fathers Jeannette and Smith. Several of the clergymen of the city were also present. Six sisters of the St. Joseph hospital acted as pallbearers They were Sisters Monia, Gertrude, Orenia Hartera, Veroges and Regenia. Solemn high mass was celebrated.
