He was a solider in the army encamped near White Plains; taken with the camp fever; obtained leave of absence; started for home died on the way. His resting place is unknown.

Son of Lieut. Jonathan Starr and Rachel Taylor Starr.

Benjamin Starr married Christiana Church daughter of Daniel and Eunice Winter Church.

Benjamin Starr and Christiana Church Starr had the following children:

Anna Starr Married Thaddeus Peet
went to PA where she died without issue

Benjamin Starr probably died young; was living in 1777, but not in 1792.

Sept 12, 1774, died about this time three infant sons of Benjamin Starr, all at one birth - Ridgebury Records.

Benjamin and Christiana Church Starr are my 7 X's great grandparents.

Christiana Church Starr Rockwell is my DAR ancestor.
