Thomas Adelbert Maley was born Feb 2, 1867 (sic 1868), in Wisconsin, and died in Osborne county at the home of his sister, Mrs. Fred Eaton, Dec 19, 1910. When a small boy his parents moved to Missouri, where they lived several years. From there they moved to Osborne county, Kansas, in Feb, 1881 where he has since lived, with the exception of two years which he spent in Jewell county. In 1892 he was married to Miss Delilah Douglass. This union was broken two years later by the death of the wife. To them was born one son, Stewart Maley, who survives the father and was by his bedside at the time of his death. The deceased is also survived by a mother, three brothers and seven sisters. The funeral was held at the Free Methodist church in Osborne yesterday afternoon conducted by Rev. C. H. Malin. Internet in the Osborne Cemetery.
