Had served in the year before his death as president of the Washington Chapter, Society of Residential Appraisers. Was a member of the Masons Harmony Lodge. He came to Washington while still a youth from Galveston, TX and had lived in Washington since then. He was wounded while with the army in France in World War I. Funeral services at 2 pm on Wednesday at the Northminster Presbyterian Church, Alaska Avenue and Kalmia Rd. NW.
