4-1 Frankie Ann Wright, daughter of James and Elizabeth (Sears) Wright married about 1820, Isaac Bowen, b. 1785, in Randolph Co., N.C. He was an orphan boy and bound out to work. He had to do as his master's slaves did. He ran off with James Wright to Ky., then to Indiana. He lived with James Wright until he married James' daughter. At one time he was one of the largest tax payers in Monroe Co. His farm was nine miles south of Bloomington, Ind. and joined that of his father-in-law's, James Wright. Isaac and Frankie Ann were buried in the Wright graveyard, on James Wright's farm one-half mile west of Victor, Ind., Monroe, Co.
