Obit: Funeral services will be held here for Mrs. Mary K. Shipman, 131 Monhagen Ave, who died yesterday at the Sanitarium.
Mrs. Shipman, widow of John V. Shipman, was a member of Christ Church Universalist and Olympia Council, Daughters of America. Her husband died in Waterbury, Conn. in 1940. Mrs. Shipman was born in Florida, N.Y. April 18th, 1871, a daughter of Gilbert and Sarah Card Talmadge.
She is survived by two sons, Floyd and Hulett, both of Middletown, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren; also four brothers, Charles, John, Noah and Edward all of Florida.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 1:30 pm at Hasbrouck's Chapel by the Rev. I.J. Domas. Olympia Council will also have services. Interment will be in the family plot, Wallkill cemetery, Phillipsburg.
Friends may call Wednesday evening at the chapel.
