Graveside services for Jessie ONeal Adams, 89, widow of Grover Adams, who died Tuesday, March 25, 2008, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 27, from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Cemetery in Society Hill. The Rev. Danny Pierce, the Rev. W.D. Jones, the Rev. Marvin Lynch and Elder George Barefoot will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Adams was born in Society Hill a daughter of the late Hartwell and Beulah Wilkes ONeal. She was retired from the Hartsville Manufacturing and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Florence Ward.

Surviving are daughters Betty (Adair) Jeffords and Barbara (Bill) Boyd of Hartsville; sister, Mary Julia Moore of Darlington; grandchildren, Rogers (Linda) Jeffords Jr., Denise (Robin) Skinner, Franklin (Michelle) Jeffords and Lynne (Deleon) Jones; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Robert, Jas Skinner, Curtis, David and Eric Jones, and Jacob Jeffords; stepgrandchildren, Lindsay ONeal, Ashley and Matthew Stone; and step-great-grandchild, William ONeal.
