In Memory of Hampton Bobo, whose burial site is not known for certain, family has recorded his burial at the Padgett's Creek Baptist Cemetery, where his parents are buried, and he may be one of the many unmarked field stones, as was the tradition of the time.

He married Amanda Layton, sometime before 1835. It is not known if any children came from this union, as Hamption died young.

His Great Grand Father Capt Lewis Bobo, and his Wife Sarah both served in the Revolution. His White grand father Robert Sr, also served in the this War.

Hampton's siblings were:
Manley, William, Jeremiah, Tilman,
Green, Samuel, Lewis, Mary, Milly,
