He was born Sept. 20, 1910 near Wyndmere, the son of Frank and Anna (Talich) Kuchera. He farmed in Liberty Grove Township after graduating from Wyndmere High School. He married Pearl Rice Oct. 9, 1939 in Lisbon. They farmed and he was a police officer for the city of Wyndmere for several years. His wife died in 1952.
He is survived by two sons, Patrick (Barb), Bismarck; and William (Troyetta), Helena, Montana; three grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Anna Shorma, Wyndmere.
He was preceded in death by his wife, one son, two brothers and one sister.
Casket bearers will be George, Joe, Dick, Robert, Mike and Jim Kuchera.
