He is survived by three children: Susan (Todd) Ekstrom, David Albiero, Cheri (Joseph) Rudolf; two grandchildren: Jason Ekstrom, MacKenzie Rudolf; life companion, Rita Jablonski; mother of his children, Doma Hasler-Albiero.
Friends may visit with the family on Monday November 17, 2014 at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home 14 Kennedy Ave. Schererville, IN (Corner Main & Kennedy) from 2:00 to 8:00 PM with a funeral service at 6:00PM with Deacon Raymond Helfen officiating.
Mario will be laid to rest Tuesday November 18, 2014 11:00 AM DIRECTLY AT Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 6001 West 111th Street Alsip, Illinois.
Mario was a life long area resident retired from Acme Steel Co. with 20 years of service, employed at Omni Health Club, had a BA Degree in music and was an Accomplished Accordion Player.
