Nellie was the daughter of the late Joseph H & Adaline Mary Cover Kneisley. She was a member of the Methodist Church.

Surviving were the following siblings, Vernie Spigler, Virginia Schlotterbeck, Kate Derr, Minnie LeFever, John C & Frank H Kneisley.

Funeral services were held at the Kraiss Mortuary Chapel with Rev M A Kesecker officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
