MAXINE PITTS CARR, 85, of Ridgeland, MS, mother of Kay Houck and her husband, Marty of Benton, KY died Monday, July 11, 2004 at the home of her daughter, Judy Carr Bailey and her husband Paul of Dukedom, TN.
In addition to her two daughters, Mrs. Carr is survived by one son, William S. Carr and his wife Cathy of Ridgeland, MS; two sisters, Geneva P. Quick of Brandon, MS and Helen Ancajas of Houston, TX; and one brother, Gavin Pitts of Hattiesburg, MS.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William John Carr; and her parents, William Pitts and Julia Smith Pitts.
