In Scott, N. Y., March 16th, 1879, Almira Burdick, widow of the late Daniel Babcock, in the 74th year of her age. She was baptized by Elder John Green, June 10th, 1830, and united with the Sabbath-keeping church in Scott. She subsequently removed to DeRuyter, N. Y., and again returned to Scott, in both instances changing her church connection, proving a worthy member wherever she belonged. "The path of the just is as the shining light, that shinith more and more unto the perfect day."
