MEMPHIS --- Alexander Druin, Age 85, died at 5:15 a.m. Thursday at Clark County Memorial Hospital, Jeffersonville.
He was a retired member of Pineview Baptist Church, Hart County, Ky., and was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, the former Martha Brooks; five sons, George Druin, Clarksville; Ivan, Floyd and Kenneth Druin, all of Memphis; and Ray Druin, Floyd Knobs; six daughters, Mrs. Mamie Spurgeon, Mrs. Jocie Bottorff and Mrs. Mary Hopwood, all of Memphis; Mrs. Alma Crone, Charlestown; Mrs. Carrie Richey, Sellersburg, and Mrs. Joanne Ellis, Sellersburg; a sister, 39 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
