Paradise (Special) - James Walter Armstrong of Paradise, 84, a native of Wise County, died Friday.
Services were held Sunday at the First Baptist Church here, the Rev. Gary Hearon officiating. Burial was in Dilbeck Cemetery.
Pallbearers were L. D. Richardson, Clinton Leachman, Albert Bridges, Clem Albritton, Billy Gene Read and Harold Read.
He is survived by his wife; daughter, Mrs. W. S. Jones of Bridgeport; son, Partin Armstrong; two brothers, Orlin Armstrong of Peaster, John Armstrong of Weatherford; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
