|Death: ||Sep. 15, 1897|
Eau Claire County
Immigrated to the U.S. after the death of her husband August, from Germany-Poland. She is on the local census records for Fall Creek, WI. along with other of her grown children in 1895. Jan. 30 1896 son Karl/Carl died, and he has a death record and a gravemarker in the same cemetery, as do Albert, Fred, and other of her children. Carl does not appear on the church death and burial records however. There is no death record in Eau Claire county for Henriette. The old family bible that was in the household of Fred Abraham, her son does have a death date and year for "mother" in German, 15 Sept. 1897, 2 in the morning. Also, "father" August Abraham died 17 March 1878, 8 in the evening. The church records for the family have been checked, also those at the Ludington church and cemetery and she does not appear there with the Wiese family. Possibly she is in an unmarked, unrecorded grave in the Fall Creek area. It is certain she had died before 1900, as a letter by a relative indicates that after his mother died, Fred went to Iowa to find a wife. That he did and married in the year 1900, and then returned to the Fall Creek area.
Henriette had 2 more sons, Christoph Auguste Abraham born 29 Sept. 1863 in Poland, and Ludvig Gustave Abraham born Oct. 1865 Poland. No further info for them available.
