Loving caring Mother of 7 boys, sister and auntie also grandma, was born in Sheffield England.

With 7 children Graham Benson, Richard William Cotterell, Jonathan James Cotterell, Ralph Manly Cotterell, Joseph Cotterell, Alan Senior, Brian Senior.

Loved every minute of her life and gave up much of her time to care for others including doing charitable work in numerous locations and organizations regardless of her own failing health.

Graham Benson, Freda's youngest son who became Freda's own care worker in the later years eventually becoming her 24 hour nurse even while Freda was still doing charitable work. "My mother was an amazing woman and friend and mother, small though she might be but a true heart of gold. It always amazed me how much energy she had even when her heath was declining she still put much of her time in helping others and putting others before herself at times too, a true angel with a heart of gold, I will for ever miss my mother, I love her ever so much and seriously miss her, I have lost a mother, a very, very close friend and confidant. God Bless her - Graham Benson"
