Bill and Elaine were parents of three children: William James(Deceased in Dec.1982); Janet(James)Roupas of Alburquerque,N.Mex; and Brian of Dodge City,KS; one grandchild, Jessica Roupas and one great-grandchild, Hunter Hutchens.
Elaine was the office manager of the Mental Health Center in Dodge City and volunteered at the Salvation Army Thrift Shop. She loved her family,PEO sisters, Presbyterian Church and friends both in Oklahmoa and Dodge City.
A memorial service will be held on Monday,Nov.25 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Dodge City,KS.
