Cremated on 15 Feb 2012-Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, WA. Interment date: 17 May 2012-in Tahoma National Cemetery, he was recognized with Full Military Honors. Dave served 4 years 6 months in the US Navy & earned the rank of AQ3(Aviation Quartermaster 3rd Class). He was Honorably discharged from Active Service in 1973. He also served in the USNR, & obtained the rank of AQ2. Upon his Honorbale discharge from USNR, he moved to Walla Walla, WA & enlisted into the USAR. He obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant(E-6) with the Army Reserves & was Honorably discharged from the USAR. He was awarded the National Defence Service Medal, Good Condcut Medal and a USAR Medal. He has 3 living siblings(Rod, Roleen & Lorna) & 2 deceased siblings(Charles & Crystal). His mother died in April 2013, & his father was deceased in Jan 1989. He is one out of the 3rd generation of patriotic men who served their country. Dave & his brother Rod served during Vietnam. Their father Rodney W. served during WWII, & his father, Fenton served during WWI. Dave's daughter is currently living in Maine. He was married to: 1. Coral Ann Whitney, 2. Pamela Louise French, 3. Maralyn F. Pravo, 4. Kay Ruth Daggert, 5. Rosalie Kay Baugher. He had his own Office Machine Repairshop in Kennewick, WA & was a member of the Rotary Club. Dave was one of those children in the early 50's that contracted Polio & survived. When this happened Grandpa Fenton got him a trycycle to exersice his legs & it worked.
