Mrs. Elsie Leslie, 71, formerly of Logansport, died Sunday at White County Memorial Hospital, Monticello.
She had been hospitalized one week.
Born in Chicago Sept. 12, 1902, she was the daughter of Francis M. and Emma Lusher Williams.
She was married to Virgil Leslie in Crown Point on Feb. 9, 1931. He died May 23, 1969.
She was a resident of Idaville and a member of Idaville Methodist Church and Monticello Eastern Star.
Survivors include one sister Mrs. LaVerne Sitz, 501 E. Main St., city; one nephew William Arnold, Plantation, Fla.; and one stepson, Chester Sturgeon, 701 Wheatland Ave., city.
Services are pending at Miller-Voohris Funeral Home, Monticello.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Miller-Voohris Funeral Home, the Rev. Robert Ellison officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where Eastern Star memorial rites will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday
