Sarah "Sally" Denney was my 2nd great grandmother. She married Isaac N Briggs on 30 Jul 1865, she was 27. They had eight children that I know of, one of them was my great grandmother: Margaret (Maggie) Florence Briggs born 11 Jul 1866 in Kingsville, Johnson County, MO. She died in Kingsville 12 Dec 1899 and was buried north of Bluff Springs Cemetery, 1/2 mile north of this cemetery. This information comes from an Aunt in Texas that has researched this information. Sarah Sallie W (Briggs) Denney died a month after giving birth to twins.
According to Find A Grave people, Sarah's headstone is "probably" in the old section where a lot of stones are laying on the ground. As of Oct. 2015, I have not heard they found her stone.
