Friday October 21, 2011 Samuel Pinkney III "JR", 18, went home to be with our Lord.

A lifetime resident of Baltimore MD, JR was an avid fan of his home team "The Ravens". He also enjoyed watching his favorite baseball team, The NY Yankees. As a child he participated in the South Baltimore Little League. His time alone was spent listening to music. Visiting his grandparents in West Virginia was his home away from home. JR was always surrounded by people that loved him, and who he loved in return. The biggest joy in his life was being a dad.

JR is survived by his son Jeremiah and his daughters Lyric and Mya. In addition to his children he is survived by his parents, Samuel and Tracey Pinkney, of Taneytown MD. Also Yolanda Thompson of Baltimore. Four Brothers; Earl Wearnes, Tyler Pinkey, Ethan Pinkney and Razon Green. Three sisters; Shalonda, Alona and Aaliyah Pinkney. Two Neices; Raven and Niyah. Paternal Grandparents; Nora Johnson and Samuel Pinkney Sr. Maternal Grandparents; Roger and Sharon Pippin. Also Timothy Howard.

JR was blessed to have a very large family. Aunts; Patricia, Christina, Sandra, Nicole and Regina. Uncles; Mike, Timothy, Troy, Emanuel, and Dwight. Cousins; Kimberli, Kayla M., James, David, Dominick, Kayla E., Trinity, Ollie, Dante, Destiny, McKenzie, Serenity, Miley, Maura, Theresa, Courtney, Daniel, Kelly, Emanuel Jr, Trevor, Dougie and Marissa.

The funeral service for JR will be held at Stevens Funeral home on Fort Ave in Baltimore MD.
