Leslie Earl Adamson was born at Hamburg, Iowa, September 20, 1883, and passed away at his home in Palmer, Nebraska, on the evening of June 23, 1943, at the age of 59 years 9 months and 3 days. He came to Nebraska with his parents when a boy of six and settled near Fullerton. In 1922 he moved to Palmer with his family where he made his home up to the time of his passing. He was united in marriage to Miss Helen Bailey of Fullerton in 1908.
He leaves to mourn, his wife, Mrs. Helen Adamson, five children, Mrs. Merle Feierstein of Rockford, Illinois, Mrs. Fern Hummel of Lebanon Oregon, Loren Adamson of Burbank, California, Sergeant Carl Adamson at Camp Crowder, Missouri, Corp. Floyd E. Adamson of Camp White, Oregon.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father and four sisters. He leaves four brothers, Ernest of Sutherlin Oregon, William of Fullerton, Nebraska, Glen and Ed of Lebanon Oregon, one sister, Coy Adamson of New York. Many nephews and nieces and a host of friends.
Earl had a quiet disposition and made many friends, who extend their utmost sympathy to his family, brothers and sister for the loss of so fine a husband, father and brother. He was a great love of nature and enjoyed the raising of fine flowers. (Funeral details followed)
