Mrs. Rebecca Frances Lewellen 89, of 2131 Franklin street, died at 12:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at county hospital where she had been a patient two days. Mrs. Lewellen was the widow of Olvey A. Lewellen who died June 24, 1952. She was born in Cummingsville, Kan., March 17. 1871, to Albert and Laura Lancaster Dooley. She and Mr. Lewellen were married March 4, 1939. A resident of Kansas and Texas before moving to Columbus, she was a member of First Christian church and the Fidelity class of the church. Funeral rites will be conducted at 1:30 o'clock Monday afternoon at Hathaway funeral home by Dr. T. K. Smith. Burial will be at Garland Brook cemetery.
