He was born Jan 30, 1830, Jackson County, TN. He married Mary Elizabeth Bills (1837 TN). She was the daughter of Alfred Thomas Bills and Martha Frances Mustain-Bills. Born to John and Mary; Martha Ann, Eliza Jane, George Harrison (died young), Margaret Ruth, George Washington (twin of), James Olive, Alcey Diana, Matilda M., Daniel Boone, Amanda F., Martha L., William H., Mary Etta, and Iva Blanche Atteberry. John Bradley was a retired farmer and lived the last years of his life in Greene Co., Campbell Twp. He died of encephelitis of the left foot and leg at the age of eighty-six. May he rest in peace.
