MEMORIAL OBITUARY for MARY P. WILSON
Taylorville, March 13 -- Mrs. Mary P. Wilson died at 10:30 a.m. this morning at St. Vincent's hospital following an operation performed yesterday. Mrs. Wilson was born July 4, 1866, south of Dawson, a daughter of Charles and Malinda Fox. She was the eldest of twelve children. She was married to Elmer E. Wilson Dec. 24, 1889 at Riverton.
Survivng are her husband, two children, Mrs. Edith Pierce, of this city; and Charles E. Wilson, Springfield; two brothers, Charles Fox, of Springfield; and Edward Fox, Fort Worth, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Hickman, Springfield, and Mrs. Alice Hamilton, Riverton, and her mother, Mrs. Malinda Fox, Riverton. One son, Hubert, died in infancy. The remains will be sent to Springfield tomorrow afternoon and will be taken to Riverton, where funeral services will be held, Wednesday at the Christian church. Members of the Royal Neighbor lodge will be in charge of the services.
