Redfield, Jan, 13—Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Jane Adsit, 77, widow of Elijah R. Adsit, who died Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John M. Lane, at Adams, were held Tuesday at the Redfield Methodist Episcopal Church with interment In Redfield.
She was born in Redfield July 14, 1854, daughter of the late Mason Thaddeus Templeton and Hannah Jane Frazier Templeton. She moved from Redfield to Adams about 23 years ago and had since made her home in that village.
Surviving besides her daughter, are two sons, William S. Adsit, Redfield; Frank E. Adsit, Watertown; a brother, James Templeton, Watervlile: several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.
