HILLSBORO--Veryl G. Eastman, 58, died Sunday (May 13, 1973) at home after a long illness.
He was a former Vernon County Highway employe and was a lifelong Hillsboro area resident. He was a veteran of World War II and married Wynona Setzer.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Stanley Sherman, Elroy; two step-sons, Roger Setzer, Baraboo; and Donald Setzer, Round Lake, Ill.; his mother, Mrs. Caryl Eastman, Hillsboro; two brothers, Kenneth, Hillsboro; and Foster, Milwaukee; and three grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Fick Funeral Home, where friends may call after 2 p.m. today until time of services Tuesday.
