William David Acison, 66, of Fulton, Missouri passed away Friday, August 14, 2009 at his home.
He was born December 9, 1941 in Callaway County, the son of the late Paris Monroe Acison and Frances J. Giboney Acison.
He was married in 1961 to Linda Baysinger Jatho, she survives at her home in Fulton.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by a special friend, Gloria Thomas of Fulton, two daughters Karen Dolman and her husband Kevin of Mokane, Cindy Bass of Tebbetts, two sons Jeff and Chad Acison, both of Columbia, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, two brothers, Vince Acison and his wife Becki of Fulton and Robbie Lee Acison and his wife Brandi of Carl Junction, Missouri, numerous nieces and nephews.
William had worked as an ironworker at the Callaway Nuclear Plant and as a welder for Dry-Con. He was a member of the United Steel Workers of America. He enjoyed watching tv, fishing and old cars. He was an avid animal lover, especially cats.
Funeral services will be 11:00AM Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at the Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Paster Bruce Williamson officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00AM until 11:00AM Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Callaway Memorial Gardens.
