In addition to their son Lyndon "Bill" Comstock, whose memorial is linked below, Link and Peggy had a daughter Mary Charlotte Comstock Boyd Krajewski, who was born in 1920 in Chicago and died in 1992 in Berwyn. Mary had four children with her first husband, Gordon Boyd.
Link served in the Canadian army in World War I under the pseudonym Peter Twist. He married Peggy in England in 1918 while he was stationed there. Link was shot in the face on the Western Front in France in 1918 but survived to return to the U.S. with Peggy.
He worked at many jobs during his life, often related to accounting or bookkeeping, and traveled through much of the U.S.
