CHURCH HILL- Lee Roy Adams, 75, of Church Hill passed away at his residence on Wednesday (April 27, 2011).
He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and worked as a public safety officer at TVA public safety.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John A. Adams and Froney May Adams, and brother, Charles Adams.
He is survived by his wife, Celia F. Adams, sons, John and Deborah Adams, Char and Nikki Adams, daughter, Maria, sister, Maria Wolfe and her husband, Gene of Jacksonville, FL, grandchildren, Matthew and Ava, one niece and one nephew.
Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Thursday at Powell Valley Memorial Gardens, Big Stone Gap, VA. Everyone wishing to attend is asked to meet at the cemetery by 12:50 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
