CLARA B. (ROBINSON) ALEXANDER
Clara B. (Robinson) Alexander was born April 5, 1934, in Shawnee to Harry T. Robison and Dora (Toumbs) Robison. She died May 17, 2010, in Weatherford at age 76.
She married John Philip "Flip" Alexander Nov 1, 1952, in Bethany. They lived in Oklahoma City, Mustang and for a short time, in Louisiana before moving to Bridgeport in 1973.
She was a homemaker and was a member of Crossroads Cathedral Church in Oklahoma City.
Survivors include two children Phil Alexander of Keller, Texas, and Ann Heldermon of Hinton; three granchildren; a great-granddaughter, and a sister, Louise Paulina of Nevada.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a daughter, Terri Lorraine Alexander, and two sisters, Lottie Lindsey and Lois Robinson.
Memorial donations may be made to Feed the Children, PO Box 36, Oklahoma City, 73101; or Operation Smile, 6435 Tidewater Drive, Norfolk, VA 23509.
Services were at Bridgeport-Graceland Cemetery, Hinton, on May 22, with Rev. Scott Hamilton officiating. Services were under direction of Turner Funeral Home, Hinton. Condolences may be sent to the family at [email protected]
