Funeral services for Mr. Bearrow will be held on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Stevenson's Miles Funeral Home.
The Rev. Leslie Payne, Chaplain of the Pine Hill School for boys, will officiate with burial in the family lot of the Custer County Cemetery.
Mr. Bearrow who was born in Leonard, Texas on November 21, 1887, came to southeastern Montana in 1900 as a pioneer, homesteading in the Chalk Butte Community. he was married to Annette Moore in 1913 at her parent's home on Cabin Creek.
Mr. and Mrs. Bearrow ranched in the Chalk Butte are until 1950 when they moved to Miles City. Mrs. Bearrow passed away in April of 1967. Mr. Bearrow had spent most of his time during the last 2 1/2 years on the ranch at Judith gap with his son Mark and family.
Surviving Mr. Bearrow are his son, mark of Judith gap, Montana ; two daughters, Mrs. George "Katherine" Gardner of Wellington, Ohio, and Mrs. Edwin "Lillian" Stieg of 901 S. Cottage in Miles City; nine grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Vesta Spears of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Stevenson's City Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials maybe left at Stevenson's Funeral Home or Custer County Rest Home.
