Native of Charleston. 1968 graduate of the Citadel. USAF Pilot, Class of 70-03. Ken was killed, along with two others, when the USAF U-10 he was flying crashed near Greenville, Alabama. They had just taken off from Maxwell AFB in Montgomery. The Clubb Award, named after Ken, is awarded each year to the outstanding member of the Summerall Guards at the Citadel. Lt. Richard W. Ham of Munster,Indiana and A1c. Farrel J. Olson of Chicago, Ill. were also killed in the crash.
