George Robert Albertson
Albertson, George Robert 95 Sept. 25, 1917 Nov. 18, 2012 George was born in White Sulfer Springs, Mont., youngest of three children of Robert C. And Elizabeth Albertson. He grew up in the SW Portland area where he married Esther and they raised their son, Bob. He owned and operated the Tualatin-Valley Sand Pit for many years, then moved to the Cougar, Wash. area where he drove trucks until retiring; farming, hunting and fishing with his soulmate, Winnie, until her death. He was also preceded in death by his sisters. George is survived by his son, Bob (Donna); four granddaughters; and five great-grandchildren. There will be a Graveside Service Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012 at 11 a.m.
