Born in Pickens County, he was a son of James W. and Jean Welborn Adams of Pickens.
Survivors: Wife, Merry Anders Adams; daughters, Dusty Lee Adams and Chelsea Morgan Adams, both of Easley; a son, Danny William Adams Jr. of the home; a stepson, Phillip H. Powell of Pickens; a brother, Ray Adams of Pickens; and a granddaughter.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. today at Dillard Memorial Funeral Home. Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Martin Grove Wesleyan Church. Burial: Church cemetery.
