Julie Mae (Ginter) Shane, 44, of Kennewick, died Oct. 3 in Kennewick.
She was born in Pullman and lived in the Tri-Cities for 39 years.
She was a paralegal.

On October 3, 2012, while sleeping, Julie Mae Ginter (Allen Shane), 44, made her journey to be with our Heavenly Father. Julie was born on February 27, 1968, in Pullman, Washington, to Joseph and Adeline Ginter. She lived in the Tri-Cities for the last 39 years. She attended Kennewick High School and went on to receive her AA degree as a paralegal from CBC.
In 1985, Julie married the love of her life, Brad Allen, and went on to have three children: Brandon, Whitney and Allyssa. Julie remarried in 2007 to Andy Shane.
Julie was preceded in death by her husband Andy Shane and her sister, Mary Ernestine. Julie is survived by her children; Brandon Allen (Dana); Whitney Allen (Chad); Allyssa Allen; grandchildren Emerson and Treyson; parents, Joe and Nina Ginter, siblings and countless nephews and nieces.
A rosary will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday, October 9, 2012. Her memorial will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 10, 2012. Both will be held at St. Joseph's Church in Kennewick.
