Mr. Joe Eugene Bell, age 83, of Symsonia, KY, died Wednesday, June 9, 2010, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, KY. He was a member of the Oak Level United Methodist Church. He served in the Army during the World War II. He was retired from Western Baptist Hospital where he was employed for 26 years and was also a farmer.

He was the son of the late Joseph Bell and the late Eula (Arant) Bell.

He is also survived by

He was preceded in death by his wife: Bobbie Lee (Sowell) Bell, and son: Don Stanfil.

Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home, P.O. Box 492, Benton, KY.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, June 11, 2010 at Collier Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be at Collier Funeral Chapel at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 12, 2010, Rev. Ronnie Lear officiating.

Interment will be at Wyatt Cemetery, Backusburg, KY.
